Ideas on how to style a Maxi Dress 

*Top Tip: wear pumps/heels with maxi dresses.

I will show you how to 'style up'  a Casual maxi.

Here are some tips on how to style a Casual: 

Add a nice cardigan/crochet cardigan with the dress to add a 'relaxed' feel to it. 

A small satchel or in fact any bag balances out the whole look.

For a very beachy vibe add a light shirt, however this is only appropriate for the beach.

For a bit of an edge to the look, add a leather jacket!

it's raining outside

As some of you (who read my post yesterday) know I had Sports Day today...well I'm not really sure wether I can call it ''Sports Day''.
You see, it was absolutely pouring and completely freezing! Therefore we stopped the running, jumping and throwing and instead stood there in the pouring rain for about an hour! Then some of us went back to school and some went with their parents. I went back to school. After which I headed home. . .

I have a tennis lesson later on in the evening so I'm waiting for that. . .I still have some time left so I'll finish watching 'How do you know' and then head off!

Hello Hello!!
I am super excited today! My exams are overrr! ^_^
Now all I have to do is wait for the results...oh gosh, but for now: NO PROPER LESSONS, NO HARD HOMEWORK AND LOADS OF TRIPS!! Finally!!

Tomorrow I have no lessons, I have ''Sports Day''...excited...ish?

I was packing my bag earlier, and realised I have a couple of essentials, so I decided to mention them in this post:

• Firstly, I always have to have sunblock with me (because we have our sport days outside and it really depends on the weather but last year the sun was blazing hot). 

• We've been informed today that it might rain tomorrow so a nice umbrella/waterproof would do you good! 

• I usually wait around for my turn on a mat/old blanket therefore I always take one of those with me. 

• Some good sunglasses are always needed! 

• My ipod is very useful whilst going on the bus(:

• Last but definitely not least for me; is my camera. I usually have my camera with me when going out or even at school. For those of you who are curious mine's a Canon EO5 550D. 

I have several more things in my bag but those are the essentials!

I have had 4 exams today: Latin, Geography, Music and French. Currently doing some last minute revision for history and RS. I am so tired and I wish I could just go to starbucks now and get a caramel macchiato, but oh well. .

My nail polish collection has reached the point where I feel satisfied with it and don't feel like I need anymore. The nail polishes I am about to show are all the nail polishes I use and have with me (where I currently live). I have some more OPI nail polishes however they are back home.

☮ You might've seen that I changed my banner and 'simplified' my blog. I personally like the look of it; I am now able to upload bigger pictures from my camera; so that's good. 


☮ Exams. Revision, revision and more revision! I am currently in the process of my end of years. I had 3 exams today, which were the core subjects: maths, science, english. I am relieved yet still limiting my time on the computer and my desk is covered in books, notes and previous tests! 


☮ Bright eyeliners: I have been wearing bright blue and greens on my waterline rather than the classic black/brown. I find they make your eyes 'pop' more. My favorite one so far is 'Emerald Green' by Styli Style.
